    There are a large number of disabled people in the world. Some of them were disabled when they were born; the others were unfortunately suffered from all kinds of accidents. December the third of every year is the World Disabled Day, The theme of this year still is ‘Decent work for people with disabilities’. There are 521,000 people with various disabilities living in Guangzhou. How about their situation? What are Guangzhou’s advantages in hosting the 2010 Asian Para Games?
